Delivery Policy
- Chooza will notify the Seller once an Item has been sold.

If the Seller is a Business User:
- Chooza will advise the Seller of the Buyer's delivery address or requirements.
- The Seller must dispatch the Item to the Buyer's delivery address using a reputable courier service (at the Seller's cost) within 2 working days of Time of Purchase.
- The Seller must keep the Buyer appraised of any potential delays in delivery and use all reasonable endeavours to make sure that the Item is delivered to the Buyer as soon as is practicably possible.
- In the event that the Buyer elects to collect the Item from the Seller, the Seller shall ensure that the Item is available for collection at the collection time and place as agreed between the Buyer and the Seller.
- If the Buyer elects to have a courier collect the Item, then the Buyer must keep the Seller appraised of the estimated collection time.
- The Seller cannot change the collection address unless the Buyer has agreed in writing.
- The Seller must use all reasonable efforts to accommodate the reasonable delivery requirements of the Buyer.

If the Seller is not a Business User, then:
- The Buyer must arrange for the Item to be collected from the Seller (at the Buyer's cost) in accordance with the delivery terms of the Listing.
- The Buyer must communicate that to the Seller and agree with the Seller on the date and time that the Item will be collected.
- If the Buyer elects to have a courier collect the Item, then the Buyer must keep the Seller appraised of the estimated collection time.
- The Seller cannot change the collection address unless the Buyer has agreed in writing.
- The Seller must use all reasonable efforts to accommodate the reasonable delivery requirements of the Buyer.

If an Item is being couriered, it is the Seller's responsibility to ensure that the Item is:

Properly and efficiently packaged to:
- Minimise the risk of any damage to the Item during delivery.
- Mitigate against any increased courier charges arising from unnecessary packaging.
- Actually collected by the courier.

Properly and efficiently packaged to:

A Buyer or Seller who arranges for an Item to be collected by a third party (such as a courier service):
- Must ensure that the Item is adequately insured during transit; and
- Is responsible for any loss or damage to the Item that occurs during delivery of the Item.
