  1. Complaints Policy
    1. Where a Registered User wishes to raise a complaint against:
      1. Chooza, then it should follow the requirements of clauses 21.10 or 21.11 of the Disputes Policy.
      2. Another Registered User in respect of a transaction then it should follow the requirements set out in clauses 21.1 to 21.9 of the Disputes Policy.
      3. Another Registered User in respect of such Registered User's conduct on the Chooza Platform, then:
        1. The Registered User making the complaint, must set out in detail the nature of the complaint and who it is against via the Contact Us section of the website; and
        2. Chooza will endeavour to investigate and deal with that complaint in a manner which we consider reasonable in the circumstances.
