The Kindness Institute works to change the mental health outcome of young New Zealanders by developing stress management, mindfulness & yoga based programs for marginalised young people. We work with rangatahi in schools, those who’ve been kicked out of school and with criminal and sometimes anti-social behaviors. 100% of our participants report a reduction in stress, more calmness & a positive impact on stress, anxiety & depression.
